The stone is called Nellite by the locals, but it also meets the specifications of pietersite (albeit somewhat untypically pronounced).
Due to its interesting coloration, every piece is a unique specimen.
Depending on how you look at it, the similarity to tiger's eye or hawk's eye is more dominant.
The structure-related inclusions round off the overall picture perfectly!
Since the sphere has many inclusions or blemishes, we classify it as B-grade!
This all-around polished gemstone sphere has a lovely shimmer and makes a particularly beautiful decorative object!
