The ceramic grinding medium provides grinding performance on its own, thereby supporting the coarse grinding stage. It can be used as filler material for small batches or to achieve a good size ratio of the material being ground. These triangular grinding media are approx. 10 x 10 mm in size and are delivered in packaging units of 5 kg. The grinding media can be reused multiple times. Price per 5 kg unit.

Ceramic grinding media Z0310 - polishing/5 kg
Ceramic Grinding Media 03/10 Z Due to their shape and structure, these grinding bodies are particularly well suited as a grinding additive during polishing. Grinding media can be a helpful addition for polishing minerals and other objects in a vibratory tumbler (spirator). If you want to polish only 'larger' stones, for example, you can mix the material to be polished with the grinding bodies in the spirator to ensure a smooth, constant operation. These ceramic grinding bodies are also suitable as additional filler material to balance out smaller batches. Furthermore, the grinding bodies possess an inherent grinding/polishing effect, making particularly difficult stones (soft stones) easier to polish. These ceramic grinding bodies are 10 mm long and 3 mm thick. The grinding bodies are reusable and are offered here as a sales unit of 5 kg per package. Price per 5 kg unit!

Spirator tumbling machine grinding drum stone tumbler
The quality Spirator 3.5 L - from deburring to polishing! With this Spirator you can grind stones yourself - turn rough stones into attractive tumbled stones (palm stones). The device is suitable for the (surface) processing of a wide variety of minerals and materials*. Thanks to vibration, the work takes about a quarter of the time of a ROLL tumbling machine. The container is made of sturdy rubber (which makes it durable; it does not wear out like the often-offered, cheap plastic!). The container (3.5 L) holds up to 4.5 kg of stones and the grinding track width measures +/- 100 mm. Power consumption is low (220/230 V - 51 watts), similar to a light bulb. Dimensions: 25 x 25 x 31 cm (l x w x h). These Spirators are very quiet (a transparent plexiglass lid is of course included). Replacement container made of sturdy rubber for spirators

It is therefore more durable and does not wear out as quickly as the often offered, cheaper plastic containers. For polishing, a separate container is recommended, as the finest grinding grains from coarser grits can become lodged in the rubber and thus affect the quality of the polish. The container may show cosmetic flaws such as bulges and missing material on the outside or along the upper edge. This does not affect its function or durability. This is unavoidable in the production of a rubber container! The container (3.5 L) holds up to 4.5 kg of stones, the grinding track width measures +/- 100 mm. Dimensions: 25 x 13 cm (dia. x h).
