K2 jasper teardrop pendant

K2 Jasper Teardrop Pendant

The 'K2 granite', better known as 'K2 jasper', is a very interesting stone.

Like a magnet, the light, white granite, with its strongly contrasting, radiant

blue azurite spheres, draws everyone's attention!

The azurite spheres range from 2–20 mm, making every single teardrop pendant a unique piece.

Somehow the spots are reminiscent of small ink spots! This 'K2 jasper' is actually not a jasper at all, but a mixture

of feldspar, biotite, and quartz. As the name reveals, this 'jasper' originates from the foothills of the second highest mountain

in the world, in the border regions between Pakistan and China!

The various teardrops feature a drill hole of approx. 3 mm and have a size of approx. 2.5–3.5 cm.
