On the top side is the beautiful purple layer, while the black matrix is present in the middle.

This special specimen is crystallized and features fibrous, small, shimmering crystals!

The color comes into its own particularly when lapidary cut/polished or when wet.

In this size and quality, it is an extremely rare specimen nowadays!
